At Limo, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your account. If you decide to stop using our services, you can permanently delete your account directly from the app by following the steps below.
Sign in to your Limo account and navigate to Profile from side menu. From the Profile page, select Delete Account to begin the account deletion process.
Read the account deletion information carefully and confirm your decision when prompted. For security purposes, you may be required to verify your identity before your request is submitted.
After your request is confirmed, your account will be deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion. During this period, you will no longer be able to access your account or use Limo services. Once the deletion process is complete, your account and associated personal data will be permanently removed from our systems, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. After your account has been deleted, you will not be able to recover your account, trip history, saved payment methods, preferences, or any other associated data. If there are any pending trips, outstanding payments, disputes, or legal obligations, the deletion process may be delayed until those matters have been resolved. In certain cases, some information may be retained for a limited period where required by law, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, or other legitimate business purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
